Theoretical basics of the plan presentation, building regulations, standards, construction project procedure. Subsequently, plan execution (plan for submission) for the building authority.

In addition to the lecture, Karin and I offer regular weekly support for the design and construction process in our office or in case it is neccessary via Zoom: every Tuesday 9:00 -11:00 and every Wednesday 14:00 - 16:00.

The certificate for the course (S00488) is issued after the submission of the "Einreichplanung".

Lectures take place on Wednesdays, 11:00 - 12:30  
Additionally 2 full-day workshops. Lectures run until December. During the rest of the semester, the projects for the submission plan will be supervised individually.

The combination with the preceding or temporally and organizationally interconnected "LV" room and construction (2021W / 2 WStd. Lecture and Exercises / S00490 Wednesday, 9:15 - 10:45 with Karin Raith is strongly recommended! The project to be processed in her course can serve as a template for the creation of a set of plans for "Plandarstellung".
