This course is the follow-up class for Introduction to Academic Research (for the Humanities and Social Sciences). In this course, you will work continuously on one concrete writing project. After an intro session to refresh last term’s skills, strategies and tools, we will meet for three longer workshops in April, May and June, in which you will review your papers in peer groups, get feedback on your writing by me, and discuss acute issues arising in your writing process in plenary. We will wrap up with a final review session of your project in mid-June.

For successful completion of the class, you will need to:

- attend the (online) meetings

- actively engage in group and plenary work

- hand in your completed project at the end of the term

- self-evaluate your work at the end of the term

Please note that there is priority registration for CDS students.

We will very probably have online class, and use Zoom for all sessions. A link and a password for the weekly Zoom classes will be sent to you per email upon successful online registration via Base.

Until further notice, the class will take place remote on Zoom. I'll send the Zoom link to all registered students by 28 February latest, so please check your inboxes.
