Description

Concepts of Twilight

There ´s a common sense that lighting scenes evoke emotions. Through lighting studies we´re going to try out popular schools of thoughts. You will capture own sequenzes with artificial and natural light to combine them afterwards with nonlensbased material.

The course covers the basics of recording technology in moving image. Recording techniques and postproduction will be practiced on the basis of the sequences.

The technical focus is on recording motion picture, creating a consistent look, editing - working with Premiere Pro, insight and support in After Effects through a cooperation with Birgit Hertel, (head of computer studio) at the Institute Design.

The course is connected to Intra-Project "Magic hour- The uncanniness of twilight".
