In CDCLab we bundle a multitude of thematic possibilities and contents, approaches and disciplinary requirements. CDCLab is a participatory lecture format in which students contribute, develop and apply topics and strategies largely independently. To this end, several courses from different subject groups of the study programme cooperate with CDC in the joint supervision of content, research, problem-solving and practical implementation. Multidisciplinary connections in project work, as well as examinations, are processed and executed within the framework of CDC.

Projects are to touch on the contents of at least two study areas. Project topics are suggested by the students during the winter semester or specified by the teaching staff.

Successful completion of the course requires:

• 80% Attendance and active engagement in group discussion (30 %)
• presentations and assignments (30%)
• written documentation and project submission (40%)
• No absence without prior excuse.

Grade A: 100 to 85 %; Grade B: more than 50; Grade C: less than 50 %

Tasks to be executed:

- Attendance, active engagement, written reports and presentations throughout the semester, group critiques, one-on-one meetings, cooperations etc.
