Description
We breathe in. We breathe out. We will do a close reading of the book »Caliban and the Witch: Women, the Body and Primitive Accumulation« by Silvia Federici* together. We breathe in. We breathe out. We will deal with the origin and nature of capitalist relations. We breathe in. We breathe out. We will discuss artistic positions which negotiate the following fields: the female body, class struggle from a feminist perspective, the colonized body, the commons, the rebellious bodies and social movements. We breathe in. We breathe out.

Examination Modalities
Participants are required to attend the course regularly and join the discussions actively.
Comments
The book will be made available to the participants as a .pdf in German.
Participants are asked to signal readiness to prepare for the course weekly by reading specific chapters. The course will be held in German only.
The course has a limited number of participants and is part of the Site-Specific Art curriculum.
Students from other departments will be given a place subject to room capacities.
