A. SHORT DESCRIPTION

ATTENTION: Switch to distance  teaching and learning  (online registartion open)

Subtitle of the course: School practice-oriented planning and performing on artistic design processes in the school system in the lab. Study projet planning and results via mail.

B. ORGANIZATION

This experimental laboratory leaves room for the combination of theory-based methods and manual and artistic practices. Developing a project for a conference in October 2020.

It develops a differentiated understanding of creativity-promoting action spaces and lesson arrangements with regard to emotional, socio-cultural, cognitive, aesthetic and artistic settings.

C. COURSE OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTED LEARNING COMPETENCES

1. The students perceive a critical classification of artistic, creative and social action in a discursive context in art education with regard to social, cultural and emotional needs as well as cognitive and creative talents of the students.

2.  Students reflect on the planning and implementation of artistic problems in terms of design, content, methodology, didactics and technology, while recognizing and applying research to improve professional practice.

3. The students experience and reflect motivation techniques and criteria for a student-centred art class, which initiate the students' artistic imagination.

D. COURSE TOPICS

1. Teaching and learning settings for the creation of an active, diverse and creativity-promoting participation with regard to individual differentiation and individualization of the students in the arts and crafts practice.

2. Transfer considerations for the design of individual creative spaces and practical / didactic concepts: From the artistic idea to the project.

3. Adaptive teaching: perception of potential for visual communication and creative processes in suitable creative fields of action: From the sketch to the artistic product.
