The studio focuses on the development of conceptual, practical and critical skills for creating new, compelling and future­ oriented architecture.  The studio' s interest moves within architecture as an object­ driven pursuit, towards an environmental and phenomenological response. Architecture gets examined as an atmospheric, optical and experimental phenomenon which addresses intelligent and effective solutions towards new forms of dwelling and being.
The studio places great emphasis on an evidence­ based approach, utilising physical and digital models, animation and computer­ generated imagery as well as diagrams and data sets. This also includes installation work to back all spatial and architectural arguments, design concepts and strategies. 

Due to the corona virus situation teaching will take place in the form of distance learning through frequent Zoom reviews and tutorials.  Students will be able to conclude the course via Zoom presentation and by submitting a digital booklet at the end of the semester.
