Fertigunstechniken für Installationen- Projektarbeiten II  / covid 19 remote mode version

Basic course about manufacturing methods / producing  art .

 

During the Covid 19 lockdown the course will only take place on line.

 

Participants are weekly coached / updated by mail or via WhatsApp.

 

Zoom conferences will be  on Tuesdays between 12:00 - 13:00

( video conferences will be always pre-notified by mail!!!  )

 

Topics:

 measuring - scale / technical and isometric drawings /scale models /production techniques - machines - tools

-manufacturing methods / workshop vs safety / construction materials - metal, wood, plastic etc /  molds /

-finishings - refining methods / basis planning - organic planning strategies / project extension methods -  budgets.

 

The course runs over the two semesters; winter- and sommer-semester.

During the last winter semester, which is more theoretical, student projects were emplaced.

This summer semester these projects will be completed with:

-a basic technical or isometric drawing

-a list of needed materials / suppliers

-a basic planning.

 

COVID FILES XXX  is an WhatsApp group establish to have a direct communication tool between the participants /

to have real time interaction / to keep the participants updated about all on going individual  projects. 

 

The  COVID FILE XXX project is  a platform to share ideas / present imagionairy artworks.

The project is an exercise in presenting ideas fast / design by chance / visualising the impossible.

Found footage, photos of (selfmade) objects are edited and placed in a picture/photo of a city- or land-scape.

Post your fabricated contributions on the platform regularly.

Der Workshop wird auf englisch gehalten(Unterstützung auf deutsch ist möglich)

Die LV wendet sich vor allem an die Studierenden der Transmedialen Kunst im zweiten Studienabschnitt. Für Studierende des 1. Semesters der Transmediale Kunst wird die LV jedoch dringend empfohlen. Studierende anderer Studienrichtungen sind auch willkommen.
