Geschichte und Theorie des Grafikdesigns

Anita Kern
Design, Design
2020S, Vorlesung und √úbungen (VU), 2.0 ECTS, 2.0 semester hours, course number S02370

In my lecture aesthetic phenomena in graphic design of the 20th century are examined in their historical and design historical contexts. Thereby the societal foundations of the essential design movements and their interdependencies become visible.
The saying “Design is Weltanschauung” is scrutinized. The profound knowledge of our roots enables our development as designers.
