How can we consider performative practice and installations as experimental systems in order to generate artistic artefacts as epistemic objects, how can we identify the significance of the artistic research data approach in the arts — from outer space and inner worlds — as "science of science" in artistic research.

Such specific questions and a review of the actual status quo of theories of artistic research will inform individual concepts of the participants in order to develop their own unique arts research methodologies.

Ludic methods offer a range of methodologies for artistic research. Such examples will be discussed, papers reviewed — and exemplarily papers or artworks will be submitted to peer reviewed arts research journals - The aim is to approach arts, science and epistemic things - Game art and Ludic methods will be compared beside the individual proposals of the participants.
