Beschreibung
In this course we will discuss some classic post-colonial texts (e.g. Said, Hall) and read about historical and contemporary social movements in the Global South. We will furthermore learn about possible connections between post-colonial theory and action research methdology.
Prüfungsmodalitäten
Regular participation, text reading and participation in the discussion are required. The written assignment is an essay to be handed in at the end of the semester (max. 3000 words).
Anmerkungen
Students from other faculties or universities will be given a place on the course subject to room capacities.
