Description

The self procuction of learning and teaching materials in art and design education is booming on a a variety of reasons. The design of these materials is important for aesthetic learning of students and a personalized instrument in order to convey knowledge and values.

This lecture deals with the relation between the visual identity of learning and teaching materials and the effective initiation of processes of communicating, teaching and learning.

The aim is to reflect and professionalise communication design as a part of one's lessons. There is room for experiments as well as guidance in the process of designing learning and teaching materials.

Examination Modalities

  • At least 80 % presence is required.
  • Evaluation is based on the didactic and visual design of the presented learning and teaching materials.

Comments

The registration by e-mail is required due to the limited number of participants. Early registration is recommended.

Caution: Basic skills in handling layout software and image editing software are highly recommended!
