UP- and RECYCLING
Let us bring your unused closet stuffing to new life!
Everybody is talking about Up- and recycling. This is because the social and ecological problems caused by fast fashion are huge. At the same time bringing wornout clothes to new life ist real fun. Unstitching and resewing reveals all the textile manufacturing techniques and you learn a lot about quality. The workshop lecture is therefore an ideal approach for tailoring-beginners. Additionally up-and recycling is great to be taught at schools to informe in an interactive way about textile culture.
Examination Modalities
attendance 80%
at least one up- and recycled fashionpiece must be finished and documented
