The lecture includes an overview from the beginning of  film documentation up to current genre examples in different media formats.

The confrontation with a time concept within documentary, the nonfictional aspect of cinematic perception and analysis of rhythm and montage are keystones of the practiced film perception as well as preparation for a practical implementation in summer semester 2017.
